Local Media

Although there are no English-language newspapers, there are a number of state-run and private local-language papers, such as:

• Banobero (private)
• Correio de Bissau (private)
• Fraskera (private)
• No Pintcha (state-run)

There is one, state-owned TV channel, Radio Televisao de Guinea-Bissau (RTGB), and a channel run by Portuguese public broadcaster RTP (RTP Africa).

Radio Nacional is the state-run radio station; there are also several private broadcasters, including:

• Bombolom FM
• Radio Pindjiguiti
• Voice of Quelele
