Good Time to Visit

Weather
The Seychelles are hot all year, and humid during the monsoon season (November- April). The temperature rarely falls below 23°C or exceeds 30°C. For more detailed information about the Seychellois weather, see Climate in Seychelles.
Visitors are advised to bring tropical lightweights, sunglasses and sun hats. Waterproofs are recommended during the rainy season.
Festivals
Most festivals follow the Roman Catholic calendar, with celebrations for Easter, the Assumption, Corpus Christi and the Immaculate Conception. The major non-religious festival is the Festival Kreol at the end of October, which celebrates the Creole culture over a week with food, fashion, art, music and dance. The annual Subios underwater festival is held in the Seychelles over a three-week period in November and attracts marine experts from all over the world.
