Respect all religious customs. Women should wear trousers or long skirts, and revealing clothing should be avoided, especially in religious places. Men's dress is generally informal.

Do not photograph women specifically unless there is no objection.

If giving a gift, do not give money, as it can be offensive. It is acceptable to sit cross-legged on cushions or on the sofa.
