The Santiago Times is the only English-language newspaper available; Spanish papers include La Nacion, El Mercurio, La Segunda and La Tercera.
Televison is provided by the state-owned National Television of Chile, along with a number of private companies, such as Chilevision, Megavision, Red TV and TV Universidad Catolica de Chile (Canal 13).
Radio Cooperativa is a news-based, national, private radio network, with other stations provided by private networks including Bio Bio La Radio, El Conquistador FM, Pudahuel FM and Radio Horizonte.
